How do I request any missing item of equipment?

If any of the facilities listed in the question 'What facilities is the apartment provided with?” are missing, you can request their resupply through the DoveVivo App in the Requests section under of "The House and Me" menu. Small equipment can be picked up at the relevant office, while bulky equipment, such as a vacuum cleaner or microwave, will be delivered directly to the apartment by one of our technicians.
Deliveries to the apartment are arranged according to availability in our warehouse and priority of the equipment.
