How do I request any missing item of equipment?
If some of the standard equipment is missing in the flat, you can send us a request through the DoveVivo App in the "Services" section. Small equipment can be picked up at the relevant office, while bulky equipment, such as a vacuum cleaner or microwave, will be delivered directly to the apartment by one of our technicians.
Deliveries to the apartment are arranged according to availability in our warehouse and priority of the equipment.
