Is it still possible to visit your rooms before booking?

Starting from May 4th we have restored sales visits for people interested in renting our rooms. All visits are carried out in total safety both for tenants and for external people through the use of individual protection devices (masks and gloves) and social distancing.

Can I still book your rooms?

Sure! Bookings have never been suspended and check-in and entry into the apartments have resumed since May 11th.

Can I visit the office?

Although with limited functions and reduced staff, all our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm guaranteeing fixed entries to respect social distances.
To protect everyone, individual protection devices (masks and gloves) will be made available to access the offices and body temperature will be measured with a thermoscanner.
We advise you to limit visits to the office only to cases of real need. For this reason, we have enhanced our remote support channels:
- Call Center and Help Center: the call center is operating from 8 am to 10 pm for any assistance related to your stay. After 10 pm, we are still at your disposal but only in case of emergency!
- Payments of the rent: if you have not already done so, we invite you to pay the rent electronically via the App so that you do not have to go to the office to make payments by card or cash and perhaps risk long waits.

What happens if I have to check in or check out in the next few weeks

To offer an appropriate level of service and support consistent to the current situation, we are doing everything possible to ensure maximum flexibility by meeting the situations and difficulties reported by our tenants.
To protect the tenants already living in our apartments and also our employees, tenants who are about to check in, will sign a self-certification in which they declare that they are not affected by Covid-19 and that they have not had contact with positive people in the previous 14 days.
Instead, tenants who have to check-out and return the keys can use the DoveVivo App to request an appointment for the check-out. In the "DoveVivo and Me" section of the menu select the most convenient time from the available slots and wait for the confirmation notification within 24/48 hours. Alternatively, you can always call our Customer Care directly.

What happens if I need maintenance at home?

We have resumed to carry out maintenance interventions ensuring maximum compliance with hygiene and health provisions, such as the mandatory use of safety devices for all technicians accessing the apartments. Non-urgent maintenance requests put on stand-by in the last few weeks will also be processed.
All tenants will be duly informed of any entry needs on our part, in order to be ready to guarantee the rules of social distancing.

If I arrive from an EU or non-EU country, can I spend the quarantine in the flat?

If you are arriving in Italy from one of the countries that require fiduciary isolation, we inform you that you will NOT be able to check in immediately and you will not be able to spend the quarantine in your room, as it is a shared flat. You will be asked to find an alternative solution by yourself in respect of your health and that of all your future housemates! A discount will be applied for the days that you could not use the apartment.

What are the rules in force on Italian territory concerning quarantine?

The arrival in Italy is regulated by Ministry of Health directives and specific national ordinances established to limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus. These regulations are updated on the basis of the epidemiological situation of the country.
