What happens if I have to check in or check out in the next few weeks

For the safety of tenants already living in our apartments and our employees, tenants who are about to check in will sign a self-certification stating that they are not affected by Covid-19 and have had no contact with positive persons in the previous 14 days.
In case you test positive for Covid-19 we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible by calling +39 02 3669 7390 in order to change the date of your appointment.

What happens if I need maintenance at home?

If you have an organized maintenance intervention in your apartment but you or one of your roommates are Covid-19 positive, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible at +39 02 3669 7390 in order to reschedule the date of the maintenance.

If I arrive from an EU or non-EU country, can I spend the quarantine in the flat?

If you are arriving in Italy from one of the countries that require fiduciary isolation, we inform you that you will NOT be able to check in immediately and you will not be able to spend the quarantine in your room, as it is a shared flat. You will be asked to find an alternative solution by yourself in respect of your health and that of all your future housemates! A discount will be applied for the days that you could not use the apartment.

Should I contact you if I test positive for Covid-19?

Yes, we ask that you contact us so that we can reschedule any upcoming appointments (check-ins, maintenance, sales visits, etc.)
