How do I book my check-in?

You can book an appointment for your check-in using the DoveVivo App. In the 'DoveVivo and Me' section of the menu you can select the date and time your prefer from the available time slots.
Check-in takes place directly at the apartment you booked and it is done by appointment only. We inform you that, in order to guarantee greater availability and ensure the cleaning of your room, it is necessary to book the check-in at least 48 hours in advance. The appointment is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
Please remember that you can check in only from the effective date of your contract.

Where and when can I check in?

Check-in takes place directly in the apartment with one of our operators who will show you the house and the room you have booked. During check-in, you will sign the contract receive your new house keys.

You can check-in at the these times, depending on the city where you have decided to rent your room:
- Milan, Bologna, Rome and Turin: from Monday to Sunday from 3 pm to 8.30 pm
- Padua, Trento: from Monday to Friday from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm
- Florence: from Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 5.30 pm

If I can't come to check-in personally, can I have someone else check in for me?

Since the sublease contract is a legally recognized document and can only be made with those who are going to occupy the rented room, we are not able to accept anyone else (even members of your family) delegated by you who comes to our office to sign or collect the keys on your behalf.
