How can I find my ideal room?

You can find the room that best meets your needs by visiting the 'Locations' section of the website.
Select the city where you want to live to have access to the page with all the solutions available in that location. You can then search through the list of rooms by directly typing in the address or area of interest and using the filters to refine your search according to the criteria you prefer.

How do the filters work?

Use the filters to refine your research for your ideal room. You can specify the accommodation solution, the preferred date of check-in, the duration of the contract, your budget and the additional services that are essential for you.

What are representative images?

The note "Representative image" may appear on the descriptions of some rooms. In this case, the selected room or flat has recently been renovated, so the photos are not available yet. In terms of equipment and furniture, the final result of the work will be similar to the representative images shown in the listing.
Remember that you can always organize a visit or video-visit with one of our sales agents, who will be at your complete disposal and will be able to show you in a proper way the room you are interested in!

Can I visit the room before reserving it?

Absolutely! We give everyone the opportunity to visit the spaces they are going to live in. To book a visit click on "Let's proceed". From that page you will be able to request more information or arrange an appointment at the flat.
By clicking on “Request a visit" you will be able to decide whether to make a visit in person or by video call and to indicate your preferred date and time from those available. Remember that you can book a maximum of three visits to different rooms.
If you can't physically visit the rooms, you can take a virtual tour of many of our flats on the website and feel at home!

What do I need to do to reserve the room I want?

If you’ve found your ideal room, don’t let it be snatched up by somebody else! Click on the “Let’s proceed” button on the room page.
This way you can reserve your room in four simple steps:
1. Specify the preferred date of check-in and the duration of the contract. Remember that the longer you stay with us, the more affordable your rent will be. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it directly;
2. View the payment schedule and contractual conditions for the lease of the room. The final breakdown includes the check-in administration fee, the lease fee, the security deposit, the minimum stay (i.e. the minimum lenght of your sublease contract) and the notice you have to give to terminate the contract if you want to leave the room. Also take note of the next payments that you will be required to complete before the check-in date;
3. Reserve the room by paying 500,00€ by credit card;
4. Wait for the booking confirmation email on which you will find all the necessary information to organize your check-in! In the same email you will find a temporary password that you will have to use to login on the DoveVivo App for the first time.
Download the App after completing the booking process and you will be able to directly plan your check-in and explore the information about your flat. Our App will be a real “House Manager” with which you can manage your rent payments, maintenance requests and stay update on conventions and your life at home!
