What is the security deposit for?

The secutiry deposit is required to ensure that the room and the common parts of the flat are well maintained and to cover any outstanding amounts.
In order to protect them until the end of the contract, it is not possible to pay the rent with the security deposit paid, even when the contract is about to expire.
The security deposit will be refunded, except for damages or outstanding amounts, by bank transfer to the bank account that you will provide us with at the time of cancellation through the DoveVivo App. The data required to proceed are: name of account beneficiary, IBAN and, only in case you are a foreign citizen, SWIFT or BIC of your bank.

What are the fees for registering the rental agreement and the stamp (bollo)?

The mandatory fees for registering the rental agreement varies according to the rent, the cost of the first registration will be borne when the contract is signed (it’s included in the check-in fees) and then annually when the agreement is renewed.
The cost of the stamp (bollo) is already included in the check-in fees.

Can I send more than one request to reserve a room?

The “Reserve this room” process draws up an official rental agreement. You can, therefore, only make one request to reserve the room you want to rent.

What is included in Admin Fee In&Out?

Admin fees In & Out include: - The possibility to check-in and check-out directly in the flat, even on holidays, at no extra cost (NB: check-in/check-out in the flat is possible subject to booking and subject to availability); - Customer Care support (Help Center) and dedicated telephone assistance to book your appointment.
