Can the charges for terminating the rental be deducted from the security deposit?
Closing costs (admin check-out fee) will be deducted directly from the security deposit paid prior to check-in in the event that we do not receive payment prior to cancellation, except in the case that the deposit is not sufficient to cover the full expenses. In this case you will be asked to integrate the difference due.
