Do I need to send my payment receipt every quarter?

Payments are synchronized and associated with each occupant in the shortest possible time, so there is no need to send a copy of the receipt with each payment. The latter will only be required in case of receipt of a payment reminder or in case of outstanding amounts.

When will I receive invoices?

You will receive invoices a few days before the start of the quarter or the relevant month. You will find all the necessary information to make your payment on the invoice.

What can I do if I have doubts about my account balance?

If the overdue amount shown in the App seems incorrect or you can't find your payments, go to the accounting section and click on the 3 dots next to the total. Contact us by clicking on the "missing or incorrect payment" button and upload documents/receipts. We will get back to you as soon as possible, check the message section for our reply!

What are the payment methods?

You can pay your rent by:
- DoveVivo App by Direct Debit to your bank account or credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuits). To pay with App, simply go to the accounts section, click on your past due balance and proceed to payment by selecting the method that best suits your needs
- T-bonifico Mooney,a service that allow you to make a bank transfer to the virtual iban by paying with credit/debit card and cash at authorize point of sale. To make the bank transfer, fill up the form on to generate the QR code and go to the nearest authorize point of sale and bring your identity document and your talian health card with you. The service fee is €3.50.

Can I download invoices from the DoveVivo App?

You can view and download all your invoices directly from the DoveVivo App by clicking on the "Documents" shortcut in the Dashboard. You will also receive a copy of your invoices by email.
