We support you in finding the right shared apartment solution for your needs and knowing what and where to find the documents you need.

With the DoveVivo App you will have several functionalities at your disposal, such as checking in or out, paying the rent with a few simple clicks, uploading or downloading the documents you need, communicating with customer care and many other things you might need during your stay, for example, room maintenance requests or the like.

Is this your first experience away from your family? Don't worry. With us, you will not be alone and, at the same time, you will learn step by step how to manage every aspect of your new life, starting with the onboarding process.

Digital check-in for the flat

As a new tenant at DoveVivo you have the advantage of booking your check-in and receiving your contract directly via the App.

Convenient, isn't it?

The process is entirely digital and, with the help of our operators, it will take you less than 10 minutes to verify your identity and digitally sign the contract. So, we will save you a lot of time, but ensure you have all the necessary documents. For a little review, go to the next section, in the meantime, let's proceed with the check-in request via the app.

Once you have the documents, here's how to proceed with onboarding:

● Register or log in to the DoveVivo App;

● Accept the Privacy Policy by ticking the boxes;

● Enter the required bank details, such as your IBAN code (you will need it to get your deposit back);

● Proceed with your plan payment;

● Enter the details of your documents;

● Sign your contract digitally;

● Now you can book your check-in by choosing the date.

Once you have completed the procedure, a screen will appear with your check-in confirmation and your previously chosen date and time details.

Documents required for check-in

Let's do a quick review of the documents you need to present:

● ID card or passport, valid;

● Valid tax code;

● If you are not a citizen of the European Union, you will also need your residence permit (VISA) or permit application.

In the latter case, to obtain your residence permit, you must go to the nearest Poste Italiane point, fill in all the documents you will find in the yellow kit and submit your request to the help desk. You will then receive the documents you need to book your check-in.
